Moist air at 50ºC. Shower in hot water before entering. A two-session purifying steam bath (from 5 to 10 minutes) followed by hydration, refreshing the body through steam. Remember to drink water frequently. Recommended specifically for cases of colds, tension, muscle strain and stress.

Sauna
Dry heat at approximately 80ºC with colour and music therapy techniques. Take a hot shower and rinse yourself off well before entering the sauna. We recommend two sessions (of between 5 and 15 minutes) followed by a cold bath in the Penguin Lagoon (+/- 1ºC min) or a stimulating cold shower, followed by a rest of 10 minutes after each session in the hammocks to keep your skin supple and oxygenated. This treatment is especially recommended for painful joints or rheumatism, as it helps relax muscular tension, reduce anxiety, eliminate toxins and generally purify the body.
The Penguin Lagoon
A stimulating cold water bath at 16ºC for approximately 1 minute. When combined with the jacuzzi it eases muscular and joint tension.
Water Lagoon
Water heated to approximately 30ºC with a depth of 1.30 metres.
Pressurised air beds
A stimulating body massage for relaxation and activating circulation.

Pressurised air and water outlets to help relax muscular tension.
Pressurised water
Water outlets at different heights for leg massages. Highly useful in cases of cellulitis and circulatory problems.
Countercurrent
A current of water, so you can swim hard without moving.
Swan’s neck
A soothing neck massage with a water jet. (Take care if you have neck problems, suffer from arthrosis or have yet uncured muscles strains).

Excellent for relaxing the back after using the Swan’s Neck.
Jacuzzi
Water heated to 34ºC. We recommend a maximum of 10 minutes. Total calm and rest. Alternate with the cold bath in the Penguin Lagoon.
Vertical Solarium
With 8-minute sessions you can have an excellent tan in just a short time. Highly recommended in cases of bone decalcification, muscular pains, rheumatism and to reduce risks from sunstroke and skin disorders.
